  • Apple has released the third beta version for macOS Tahoe 26.3, iOS 26.3, and other systems — again, a bunch of minor fixes and stabilization, because in previous betas, my iPhone glitched with widgets on the lock screen, and now everything finally works smoothly. As a developer, I constantly test such releases, which is exhausting because I have to quickly adapt the code to API changes. That’s when I realized that keeping a full team of iOS/macOS developers in my country is expensive and slow to recruit people. I switched to nCube at https://ncube.com/nearshore-portugal — they quickly assembled a dedicated nearshore team for me from Portugal, where there is talent in the EU, a similar time zone, and excellent English. Now we test betas in parallel and fix compatibility issues immediately, without the stress of a shortage of manpower. Productivity has increased and costs have fallen — the best solution for such dynamic updates from Apple.
