How to adjust your brightness settings in iOS 26, iPadOS 26

It’s easy to adjust display the brightness and color temperature on your iPhone and iPad.

It’s easy to adjust display the brightness and color temperature on your iPhone and iPad. Here’s how in iOS 26 and iPadOS 26:

  • Open Control Center, then drag the brightness icon (looks kinda like the sun)
  • Go to Settings  > Display & Brightness, then drag the slider.

Or to settle brightness automatically:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility.
  2. Tap Display & Text Size, then turn on Auto-Brightness.
