Rumor claims we’ll see a iPhone Fold, 20th Anniversary iPhone, and clamshell iPhone over the next three years

"iPhone Fold" concept

Apple plans to roll out a new type of iPhone every year for the foreseeable future, according to the Asia-based leaker yeux1122.

First will be the “iPhone Fold,” the company’s venture into foldable smartphones. Look for this in 2026. Previous reports claim it will look like two iPhone Airs side-by-side.

Yeux1122 says that we’ll see a 20th anniversary ‌iPhone‌ with a bezel-less display that curves around all four of its edges in 2027. This lines up with a report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. He says the 20th anniversary smartphone will have a mostly glass, curved iPhone — without any cutouts in the display.

20th anniversary iPhone concept

Yeux claims Apple will launch a clamshell-style vertical foldable with a compact and lightweight design in 2028. The foldable is designed with curves on all four edges around the hinge area so the crease blends more naturally into the body, making the fold less noticeable to the eye and hand.
