How to Set Up the Feature
- Open the Settings app: on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on Maps .
- Toggle on “Show Parked Location”: under the “Your Car” heading.
- Ensure your iPhone is connected: to your car via Bluetooth or CarPlay for automatic marking.
How to Find Your Parked Car
- Open the Maps app: on your iPhone.
- Look for the blue “Parked Car” marker: on the map.
- Tap the marker: to see its location, add notes, or view the location on your Home Screen.
- Tap “Directions”: to get step-by-step navigation back to your car.
If You Don’t Have CarPlay or Bluetooth
- Manually save your location: You can ask Siri to remember your parking spot by saying, “Hey Siri, remember where I parked”.
- Open the Maps app: and you will see the saved location.
- Get directions: to the location you marked.
