Do employees consider AI friend or foe? While some may feel they’re competing with AI for jobs, a new report from Howdy finds that 69% are more satisfied with their job due to AI.
According to the data from the hiring firm, here’s why employees are embracing AI:
- 72% feel less burned out
- 74% have less workplace stress
- 66% have increased capacity for problem solving and creativity
“Learning to incorporate AI isn’t easy, and the process can take a toll. 22% feel pressured to use AI in situations they’re unsure about, and 16% even pretend to use it,” the Howdy report says. “However, overall, 83% agree AI is worth the investment.”
