Memojis allows you to customize an avatar for yourself. In iOS 16 and iPadOS 16, managing your Memoji involves editing, duplicating, or deleting existing ones, as well as using them as contact photos and stickers.
You can customize a Memoji’s appearance, including hairstyles, noses, mouths, and headwear. New sticker poses and body customization options have also been added. After designing your Memoji, you can edit the features, duplicate an existing Memoji with new features, or delete a Memoji. Here’s how:
- Open Messages and tap the Compose button to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
- Tap the Plus button .
- Swipe up or tap More .
- Tap Memoji .
- Swipe to the Memoji that you want, then tap the More button .
- Choose Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.If you want your Memoji on all of your compatible devices, you need two-factor authentication enabled for your Apple ID, and you need to be signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID on all the devices. You also need to have iCloud Drive turned on. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive.
