Apple likely to hold its annual iPhone announcement event the week of September 8

Look for Apple to hold its annual iPhone announcement event the week of September 8, with September 9 or 10 emerging as the most likely dates, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says in his latest “Power On” newsletter. 

He says the tech giant traditionally schedules its ‌iPhone‌ unveilings for the week following Labor Day in the United States. In 2025, Labor Day falls on Monday, September 1, placing the target week between Monday, September 8, and Friday, September 12.Go here for a round-up of rumors about the next generation of Apple smartphones.
