You can use your iPhone as a microphone for your Mac. To do so, make sure that both devices are signed into the same iCloud account.
You’ll also need to have macOS Ventura or newer and iOS 16 or newer installed. Then follow these steps:
° On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Continuity and turn on Continuity Camera.
° On your Mac, go to the Apple menu > System Settings, then click Sound in the sidebar.
° Click the Input tab, and then select your iPhone from the list of available sound input devices.
Your iPhone’s microphone will now be available to apps that allow you to select a microphone source. You can use it in video call apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. You can also use it for recording in apps like Logic Pro or GarageBand.
