Grovemade’s Wood iPad Stand is gorgeous, though it has limited functionality

You won’t find a more handsome iPad stand than Grovemade’s Wood iPad Stand. However, compared to other stands , its functionality is limited.

You won’t find a more handsome iPad stand than Grovemade’s Wood iPad Stand. However, compared to other, more flexible, stands for the Apple tablet, its functionality is limited.

The stand is built with premium American hardwood and stainless steel, with merino wool felt to cushion and protect your device. Its integrated cord management keeps your desk tidy.

The Wood iPad Stand is compatible with all iPads and most tablets. It’s available in maple, oak (my favorite), and walnut versions for $144. If you gotta have blacked walnut Wood iPad Stand, you can. But it will set you back $230.

The Grovemade stand is hefty and stays in place while you’re fiddling with an iPad sitting on it. And it looks great while doing so.

As I said, you won’t find a classier iPad stand than the Wood. If you have the moolah to fork out for it, and if your iPad remains at one angle most of the time, the Grovemade accessory may be calling your name.

However, the Wood Stand is rigid. You can’t adjust the angle, as you can with, for example, Satechi’s $100 Aluminum Stand and Hub, UGREEN’s $12 Multi Angle Desk Tablet Stand, or LISEN’s $22 iPad Stand Holder

Of course, none of those look nearly as sophisticated as Grovemade’s Wood iPad Stand. The question is, “How much are you willing to pay for style?”
