Apparently, the iPad Pro isn’t svelte enough; Apple is rumored to be making it even slimmer

In a new post, Weibo leaker Chana Digital says an upcoming iPad Pro will get even skinner.

In a new post, Weibo leaker Chana Digital says an upcoming iPad Pro will get even skinner.

He/she says the bezels around the tablet will get thinner. How thin? About the size of those of the Samsung Tab Ultra. However, Instant Digital says that the more-svelte-than-ever iPad Pro will not include a notch as the Samsung tablet does.

However, don’t look for the rumored change in this year’s iPad Pro. The 2025 tablet is expected to move from the M4 to the M5 processor, but have no major design change.

According to the rumor mill, the next big change to the iPad will be a foldable version. Reports suggest Apple is developing an 18.8-inch “iPad Fold,” potentially launching by 2027 or 2028 (though some pundits think it might arrive in 2026). This device is rumored to feature a foldable OLED display and under-display Face ID, and may blur the lines between an iPad and MacBook.
