Apple TV+ has offered a first look at its new documentary adventure series “The Wild Ones” that’s set to premiere globally on July 11, reports Deadline.
Originally titled “Endangered Planet,” the six-part series follows a trio of wildlife experts as they embark on high-stakes expeditions across the globe to track and protect the planet’s endangered species.
The team visits six countries — Malaysia, Mongolia, Armenia, Indonesia, Canada, and Gabon — and deploys next-generation camera technology to capture rare and sometimes first-ever footage of elusive species such as the Malayan tiger, Gobi bear, Caucasian leopard, Javan rhino, North Atlantic right whale, and Western lowland gorilla, according to Deadline.
