Software announcements for the week of March 3-7

Here are some of the latest software announcements of the week:

° Wendy, a “new kind of story company,” has launched a children’s story-building toolbox app that provides “a safe and engaging story-building experience, helping children unlock their creativity and immersing them in endless possibilities for imaginative reading adventures.” Wendy is available via subscription through the App Store and supported on the iOS platform for iPad. ° Addigy — the company behind a solution built for live, real-time, and continuously connected Apple device management. — has announced the availability of Addigy Assist.

°  Abode Systems has announced the debut of the Abode Apple TV app and release of an upgraded version of its app for Android TV. The latest apps complete the Abode app ecosystem and join the existing suite of Abode applications, which includes control and interface platforms across mobile, smartwatches, tablets, and desktop devices.

° MacStadium, a private Mac cloud provider enabling enterprise macOS workloads, has announced the extended availability of Orka Cluster 3.2, establishing the market’s first enterprise-grade macOS virtualization solution available across multiple deployment options.

° Rune Labs has launched an AI care management service through the Apple Watch to provide personalized human care coaching with AI-driven symptom and risk analysis. This new service combines a dedicated human coach with personalized data-driven insights, giving patients and caregivers real-time support.

° Gravity Game Hub has rolled out Ragnarok Idle Adventure Plus, which is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery platforms.

° Yardify has launched what it says is the first on-demand landscaping app. Clients can schedule and pay for property maintenance services from local Pros including lawn mowing, leaf blowing, weed whacking, planting/pruning, yard clean-up and snow removal. 

° Nutu is a new health and wellness app that “empowers individuals to take charge of their health thanks to its unique Nutu Score, a tool within the app designed to help nudge users into optimal balance.” It’s available on the Apple App Store e in English and Spanish with Arabic coming soon. A monthly subscription begins at US$9.99 per month. For weekly access to a live, certified coach the monthly subscription cost is $49.99.
