Apps that haven’t complied with the trader requirement in the European Union have been removed from the Apple App Store.

Apple informed developers apps without trader status have been removed from the App Store in the European Union (EU) until trader status is provided and verified by Apple. Account holders or admins in the Apple Developer Program will need to enter this status in App Store Connect to comply with the Digital Services Act.

The EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) defines a trader as “any natural person, or any legal person irrespective of whether privately or publicly owned, who is acting, including through any person acting in his or her name or on his or her behalf, for purposes relating to his or her trade, business, craft or profession.”
