Rayon’s 5-in-1 Magic Power Bank is a great charging solution for iPhones and iPads (and, kinda works with laptops)

Magic Power 5-in-1

Raycon’s US$79.99 5-in-1 Magic Power Bank may be the best multi-functional charging gadget around, at least for iPhones and iPads.

It combines a travel-friendly design with a variety of charging options, including a built-in Type-C cable with an iOS converter, multiple USB ports, a digital display and a 15W magnetic wireless charging pad. Plus, it has a built-in smartphone stand.

The 5-in-1 Magic Power Bank boasts 15,000mAh capacity and delivers fast charging up to 65W. It’s (kinda) compatible with some laptops. More on that in a sec.

An intuitive digital display keeps you informed of battery levels, so you always know how much juice you’ve got left.  This power bank’s 10,000-mAh capacity was able to charge my iPhone 16 Pro Max about two times. It also has two charging cables built in—one USB-C and one Lightning cable for older iPhones and Apple devices. Additionally, it has two USB ports (one USB-A and one USB-C) on the front where you can connect additional cables.

Conveniently, the wireless charger works for any phone that supports the Qi standard. However, it’s not Made-for-iPhone-certified, so MagSafe iPhones will only be able to take advantage of 7.5-watt charging speeds from the magnetic interface. This means it’ll charge slowly. Still, the battery can use all five charging methods at once.

You should also note that the USB-C port serves up 20 watts, whereas the USB-A outputs 22.5 watts. This means the power bank can technically charge a laptop, your laptop can easily use up power faster than Raycon device can provide.

An unexpected, but sweet, advantage of the 5-in-1 Magic Power Bank is a phone clip that holds your phone upright so you can view your mobile content when traveling or when your phone is sitting non a desk or table. That said, it’s a little awkward trying to use the phone stand and the included charging cables at the same time.

The Magic Power Bank 5-in-1 is a good charging solution for traveling with iPhones and iPads on-the-go. And it may not provide sufficient power for juicing up your Mac laptop, but it can serve as a backup to help maintain your laptop’s current battery level in “emergency” situations.
