Zens’ Nightstand Charger Copper looks GREAT (but only charges two devices)

Zens’ Nightstand Charger Copper looks great (but only charges two devices).

Zens, which specializes in wireless charging solutions, recently unveiled its latest limited edition collection, inspired by trends in interior design. The collection features a white and copper finish, with copper reflecting the material of the wireless charging coil.

Two products are available in this exclusive copper/white edition: the Magnetic Nightstand Charger Copper, designed specifically for iPhone 12 and newer models, and the Nightstand Charger Pro 2, which allows simultaneous charging of both an iPhone and an Apple Watch.

I’ve been using the former, and it’s a great-looking, great-performing accessory, at US$60, though it is missing a key feature.

It combines functionality with style and is compatible with Apple’s StandBy Mode. This transforms my iPhone into a bedside clock when placed on its side, adding both convenience and, with the Nightstand Charger Copper, a touch of elegance to my setup. Additionally, the ability to charge both my iPhone and AirPods simultaneously is very useful. The 2-in-1 charger reduces the cord clutter.

The Nightstand Charger Copper is made from high-quality zinc/alloy and has a luxurious white and copper aesthetic. It offers a dedicated spot for your Qi2 or MagSafe-compatible device. With up to 15W fast charging, your iPhone can reach up to 35% in just 30 minutes.

However, the big downside of the Nightstand Charger Copper is that is charges only two devices (iPhone and AirPods) not three as the InfinaCore T3 Pro can do (iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods). The latter is only $40, so it’s less expensive and more practical than the Nightstand Charger Coppert; see our review of the InfinaCore T3 Pro here.

That said, if you only need a charger for powering up an iPhone and AirPods simultaneously, you’ll have a luxurious, gorgeous product in the Nightstand Charger Copper.
