DRIVE Roadside, which specializes in the on-demand towing and roadside assistance industry, has launched its newly revamped app for the iPhone and Android.
This updated version is designed to provide a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric experience for drivers in need of assistance, according to DRIVE Roadside CEO Josiah O’Connor. Using GPS tracking, drivers can request help in less than a minute, instantly sharing their location and connecting with one of over 100,000 trusted rescue providers—making it one of the largest networks in North America, he adds.
Once a request is submitted, users can track their rescue provider’s location. Push notifications and text alerts keep drivers updated at every stage, from dispatch to completion. DRIVE Roadside operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Drivers only pay when they need assistance.
