While a movie, TV show, or video is playing, tap the middle pad on the Apple TV remote. You’ll now see the onscreen controls.
Highlight the Audio Options button and press the middle button. Select Enhance Dialogue and choose Enhance or Boost.
By the way, tvOS 18 now automatically appear at just the right moments, including when users mute, when they skip back while watching, or when the language in a show or movie does not match the device language.
