Apple posts new firmware for the Apple Pencil Pro

Apple has internally tested a new Apple Pencil with visionOS support, MacRumors reported in March, quoting an unnamed “source familiar with the matter.”

Apple has released new firmware for the Apple Pencil Pro. There are no release notes on what the firmware entails.

To initiate the update, you’ll have to attach the Pencil to your iPad. The Apple Pencil Pro costs US$129 and woks with the M4 iPad Pro models and the M2 iPad Airs.
