The iPhone 14 Plus is purportedly selling less than expected

The iPhone 14 Plus is selling lower than expected, according to DigiTimes Asia (a subscription is required to read the entire article). This is despite the fact that the first wave of market responses to the higher-priced iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max has been enthusiastic, the article adds

The iPhone 14 Plus, featuring a 6.7-inch display, an upgraded dual-camera system, Crash Detection, Emergency SOS via satellite, A15 Bionic, and the best battery life ever in an iPhone, arrived at Apple Store locations and Apple Authorized Resellers on Friday, October 7.

Customers can get an iPhone 14 Plus for US$37.45 a month for 24 months or $899 before trade-in from apple.com/store, in the Apple Store app, and at Apple Store locations. The iPhone 14 Plus is also available through Apple Authorized Resellers and select carriers.
