In a memo seen by MacRumors, Apple acknowledges that some users of the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max may see a message that reads “SIM Not Supported” appear on their device.
The article says the tech giant is advising customers to wait a few minutes to see if the message disappears. If it doesn’t, they should’t try to restore the device, but should go to an Apple Store or authorized service provider. There a request for technical assistance can be submitted, and the issue resolved.
