° From AppleInsider: An Apple Mail bug in iOS 16 means that an incoming email with a specifically crafted “From” field can lock users out of the app, but there is a solution.

° From MacRumors: Apple is reportedly scaling back production of the new iPhone 14 due to seemingly low demand for the latest iPhone, which features the same design as last year’s ‌iPhone‌ and a one-year-old chip.

° From 9to5Mac: Jamf, the Apple device management platform for schools and businesses, announced Thursday that it is now working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to make Amazon EC2 Mac instances even more secure thanks to a new layer of protection.

° From iMore: Apple has relaunched its weird referral offer for Apple Card. In a targeted email to existing Apple Card customers, Apple announced that it is bringing back the referral offer that it initially launched in December of 2021 — in which referrers get nothing.
