Apple Card’s head of credit leaves the company for startup X1

The company Apple Card‘s head of credit, Abhi Pabba, has left the company, according to CNBC. He helped developed policies around creditworthiness for the Apple Card, but has left the tech giant to join credit card startup X1.

Before Apple, X1′s new chief risk officer, Pabba, worked at Capital One, where he focused on credit card authorizations. X1 has backing from Silicon Valley venture capitalists like PayPal founders Max Levchin and David Sacks, among others.
