Apple’s new Maps app data has been expanded to France, Monaco, and New Zealand

After 39 days of public testing, Apple’s new map data in its Maps app has been expanded to France, Monaco, and New Zealand, notes Justin O’Beirne.

This is the 15th time that Apple has expanded its new map data since its public launch in September 2018. France, Monaco, and New Zealand are the 14th, 15th, and 16th countries to receive it.

Covering 70.4 million people, this is also Apple’s fourth largest expansion to date, in terms of population covered, notes O’Beirne.
