As noted by MacRumors, Apple has released new firmware for the Siri Remote for the Apple TV.
The update is is for the redesigned Siri Remote that was released in May 2021. No word Ono what the upgrade does, though it’s almost certainly bug fixes and performance tweaks.
The Siri Remote update will be installed automatically via the Apple TV set-top box. The latest Siri Remote works with the latest Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD models.
