Apple gives new subscribers of its Apple Music Student plan free Beats Flex earphones

As noted by AppleInsider, Apple is providing new subscribers of its Apple Music Student Plan a free pair of Beats Flex earphones, which normally cost US$69.95.

According to the terms and conditions of the offer, the offer is available for new Apple Music student subscribers beginning June 22 in the United States and the United Kingdom only. The offer isn’t available to users who have previously subscribed to any tier of Apple Music.

To qualify for an Apple Music student subscription, you must be a student studying a bachelor degree, post-graduate degree, or equivalent Higher Education course at a University or College (U.S. only). You must successfully verify your eligibility as a student through Apple or a third party verification partner identified by Apple. Learn more about the student subscription at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205928.

The Beats Flex offer can’t be combined with any other offers for Apple Music. You’ll only become eligible for the free Beats Flex earphones upon making your first monthly payment for your Apple Music student subscription (i.e., you will not become eligible during your free trial). If you cancel your subscription during your free offer period, you will not be eligible for this offer.
