With iOS 15, your iPhone can play BackGround Sounds, which can be very soothing. Or annoying, depending on what you’re doing. Here’s how to use them:
° Go to Settings > Accessibility on your iPhone.
° Scroll down to the Hearing options.
° Select Audio/Visual.
° Use the button to enable (or disable) Background Sounds.
Once enabled you can choose from Rain, Ocean, Stream, Dark Noise, Bright Noise, or Balanced Noise. You can adjust the volume. You can choose to have Background Noise when music is playing (though this is annoying to me). And you can choose for Backgrounds to play or not when your iPhone is locked.
