° From AppleInsider: Comedian and talk show host Bill Maher has waded into the debate over Apple’s CSAM tools, declaring them a “blatant constitutional breach” against its users.

° From 9to5Mac: Apple has confirmed that it already scans iCloud Mail for CSAM, and has been doing so since 2019. It has not, however, been scanning iCloud Photos or iCloud backups.
