Australians can add proof of COVID vaccinations to Apple Wallet

Australia: once you’ve received two doses of your COVID-19 vaccine (either AstraZeneca or Pfizer), a “COVID-19 digital certificate” will be available in your Medicare online account at my.gov.au as a PDF, or via the Express Plus Medicare app on iOS or Android, notes Tap Down Under. This is to provide you with proof of vaccination.

In can you’re not familiar with it, Apple Wallet is a mobile app included with the iOS and iPad operating systems. It allows you to store Wallet-passes, meaning coupons, boarding passes, student ID cards, government ID cards, business credentials, resort passes, car keys, home keys, event tickets, movie tickets, public transportation tickets, store cards, credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and loyalty cards via Apple Pay.
