Important Details
- Length of access: lifetime
- Any Lifetime or Freemium user that has not logged in to their account for 100 consecutive days will be deemed “inactive”
- Starchive will send an email notifying the “inactive user” that their account is inactive and they have 30 days to log in and reactivate
- A second email will be sent to remind the user that they only have 15 days left to reactivate
- At the end of the 30 days past the account being deemed inactive, it will be DEACTIVATED and the user will have to email support@starchive.io within 30 days to reactivate their account
- If the user does not reach out and request for reactivation of account within the 30-day notice, Starchive will delete the account and the files/content within the account and it will not be recoverable
