CleverFiles has released Disk Drill 4.3, an update to its data recovery solution for macOS 10.9.5 and higher.
The app can run a native “deep scan: of system drives and can recover deleted user folders on Macs powered by M1 chips. According to the folks at CleverFiles, Disk Drill can scan and recover over 400 various file types with a press of a single button, right from the computer’s internal or external drive, or any supported storage device.
Downloading the free version of Disk Drill 4.3 for Mac, customers can preview the data that can be recovered before upgrading to the Pro version for US$89 at cleverfiles.com. With a purchase of Disk Drill PRO for Mac, the customer also gets a license letting them use Disk Drill for Windows.
Mosyle, an Apple MDM and security company, has announced a new approach to Apple device management and protection with the introduction of Mosyle Fuse.
The company says the product is the first cloud-native solution to blend enterprise-grade mobile device management (MDM), identity management, automated applications installing and patching, and multi-layer endpoint security for Apple-focused enterprises.
Mosyle Fuse also comes with access to the company’s support team at no additional charge. Current Mosyle Business Premium customers will be able to try Mosyle Fuse for free for 30 days. Zevrix Solutions has rolled out LinkOptimizer 6.0.13, a bug fix update to company’s workflow automation solution for Adobe InDesign.
The tool provides automatic image conversion and InDesign link size reduction. Version 6.0.13 fixes an issue that could result in incorrect replacement of InDesign links after running a Photoshop action that changes image resolution.
LinkOptimizer can be purchased from the Zevrix website for $259.95. There’s a “lite” version available for $179.95. A demo is also available for download. The update is free for LinkOptimizer 5.x users and $130 to upgrade from previous versions. LinkOptimizer requires macOS 10.8-11.0 and Adobe InDesign / Photoshop CS5-CC 2021.
