Some Apple retail stores now offering prescheduled sign language support

Apple retail stores scored 81 out of 100 in latest ACSI Retail and Consumer Shopping study/

9to5Mac reports that Apple is now offering free, prescheduled support from sign language interpreters at hundreds of its retail stores in nearly a dozen countries.

Customers can visit this webpage to find a local retail store and request a sign language interpreter for their next store visit. The request link will send an email to the store, and Apple will follow up to arrange an appointment.

9to5Mac notes that, currently, sign language interpreter services are available by appointment at Apple Stores in the U.S., UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, and Austria.
