Apple releases macOS Big Sur, which fixes a MacBook Pro charging glitch

Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.2.1, which fixes a MacBook Pro charging glitch.

There was an issue that prevented the battery from charging in some 2016 and 2017 MacBook Pros. Also, according to an Apple security support document, the update fixes the security flaw in the Sudo app. The tech giant has also rolled out supplemental updates for macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and macOS Mojave 10.14.6 to address the problem.

You can obtain macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 by going to System Preferences > Software Update.
