Apple has released watchOS 7.0.3 for the Apple Watch Series 3. It addresses a battery drain problem.
To download the updated, launch the Apple Watch app on an iPhone, and choose General > Software Update. The smartwatch itself needs to have at least 50% battery, on its charger, and it close to the iPhone to which it’s paired.
