Apple has released iOS 14.1 and iPad OS 14.1. I have no info on what the updates entail, but I suspect the former involves tweaks for the newly introduced iPhone 12 line-up.
iOS 14.1 and iPadOS 14.1 are free on all eligible devices. To access the upgrades, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
