Shut-in? Apple notes that there’s looks of free titles in its Books app

Shut in because of the coronavirus outbreak? Or just like great deals? Apple points out that there’s lots of free ebooks and audiobooks available in its Books apps for Macs, iPhones, and iPads.

Books has dedicated sections for special offers and free books, as well as a “Top Free Chart” for books provided on the service at no charge. There are also some classic titles that are in the public domain, such as works by Jane Austen, Depending on the market, Apple also offers some classic titles, including works by Jane Austen, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Shakespeare, and Jack London.
