As noted by MacRumors, Apple is now offering an onsite repair option for customers in certain cities who need issues with their Apple devices addressed but aren’t able to visit a repair shop or Apple Store.
The onsite repair option is available in select metropolitan areas in the U.S. including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco. In those cities, you’ll see the new “Go Tech Services” options when you go to book a repair at Apple’s Support site.
MacRumors also notes that folks who bought AirPods Pro and an AppleCare+ protection plan for $29 appear to be able to receive free replacement tips for their AirPods Pro.
