Each company is ranked by a BlissScore of 1-5, with 5 being happiest. The BlissScore not only reflects a person’s happiness about something such as salary, but also the value of that factor in their life.
Apple’s Blisscore is 3.975 (compared to Google’s 4.251). CEO Tim Cook gets a 97.2% approval rating. According to CareerBliss, the company’s average salary is $43,000.
Thousands of employees from companies around the nation submitted confidential company reviews on CareerBliss.com, ranking their employers on the key factors that impact overall employee happiness.
