Apple has released iOS 12.4.2 for some older iPhone and iPad models that can’t be upgraded to iOS 13.
They include the iPad Air, the iPad mini 2, and iPad mini 3, as well as the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus. You can download iOS 12.4.2 by launching the Settings app, choosing General section, and selecting Software Update.
