News round-up: Apple Pay launches in Iceland (and more)

Since Steve and I can’t cover everything, at the end of each week day, we’ll offer this wrap-up of news items you should check out.

Apple Pay has launched in Iceland. The mobile payment service is supported by the financial institutions Arion Banki and Landsbankinn.

Unitech Printed Circuit Board has been ramping up rigid-flex PCB shipments for Apple’s AirPods 2, according to DigiTimes. The next gen earbuds may feature a brand-new internal design adopting SiP (system in package) technology instead of rigid-flex board combination, the article adds. 

A drone video shared by MacRumors shows an Apple Park event stage with a rainbow arch and multiple lights that’s located right in the middle of the campus. 

A bill proposed by U.S. Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri would prohibit game developers from selling loot boxes in Mac, iPhone, and iPad games played by people under 18, reports AppleInsider.
