Yesterday’s “It’s show time”Apple event was cram packed with news. Here are some of my first reactions:
I’m glad the Mac was shown some love. I wasn’t expecting Apple to including its personal computer in its upcoming gaming service, but I was pleasantly surprised that the company was doing just that. And I’m equally happy that the TV app is finally coming to the Mac.

I’m getting ready to cut the cord. Sorry, Comcast/Xfinity, but your cable TV bill is ridiculous. Which is why I was hoping that we would get a price for the upcoming Apple TV+ service, and other info. For example, what, if any local channels might be included? And couldn’t Apple have come up with a better name?
When it comes to Apple News+, it sounds great. I’m an avid reader of books and magazines, so I’ve subscribed. I’ll give you my reactions when I’ve had a chance to play around with it a bit.
Finally, I’ll definitely be getting an Apple Card. It should help make those expensive purchases from Apple a bit easier to swallow.
