In a way, it’s sad. Everyone goes out of their way to get the latest and greatest iPhone and would love to show it off, but they realize that it needs protection so they cover it up with a case. Today I’m looking at three minimal iPhone XS Max cases from Totallee, a California-based case manufacturer, with several options that let the beauty of your iPhone shine through.
Design
If there’s anything that irritates me about some iPhone cases, it’s when the manufacturer decides to label the darned things with their own logo or name. I want a case that shows off the iPhone and doesn’t act as an unpaid advertisement for a case manufacturer. That’s what you get with the Thin cases from Totallee, which are available for $29.
These cases are very thin — 0.02” (0.51mm) thin for all but the clear cases, which are just 0.03” (0.76mm). That thinness contributes to a very light weight as well: 0.1 ounces (2.8 grams).
The cases come in five different matte finishes — frosted clear, frosted black, solid black, navy blue, and red. There are also two glossy finishes — soft clear and jet black — and a black leather finish. Various online reports say that Apple Pay, Apple’s mobile payment service, is rolling out to users in Saudi Arabia and the Czech Republic.
