Apple surveys iMac Pro owners about the features they like

According to MacRumors, Apple is sending our surveys to iMac Pro owners  asking them about which features drew them to the pro-level machine and what they like or dislike about the pro system.

Some of the survey questions were shared on Twitter, with customers asked to point out some of the most important iMac Pro features, like Thunderbolt 3 ports, Xeon W processors, T2 chip, external display support, and more. The all-in-one, with its 27-inch Retina 5K display, next generation Intel Xeon processors up to 18 cores, up to 22 Teraflops of graphics computation, up to 16GB of VRAM, up to 128GB of memory, built-in Ethernet, and support for one billion colors, is the most powerful Mac ever made.

Apple is likely determining which features pro users like about the iMac Pro in shaping next year’s revamped Mac Pro. Apple is working on a completely redesigned, next-generation Mac Pro architected for pro customers who need the highest-end, high-throughput system in a modular design, as well as a new high-end pro display, but it won’t arrive until sometime in 2019.
