Epson’s Expression Premium XP-640 Small-in-One, which once cost $149.99 is now available for $79.99 and is filled with creative features. The printer delivers superior photo quality, auto 2-sided printing for added convenience, and the ability to print 4” x 6” photos in as fast as 20 seconds.

The Expression XP-640 offers a complete wireless solution, including Wi-Fi Direct to easily print directly from an iPad, iPhone, Android tablet or smartphone without a router. In addition, it’s compatible with the Epson Creative Print App, allowing users to print photo collages, personalized coloring book pages, and stationery directly from personal photos as well as Facebook and Instagram photos.

The Expression Premium XP-640 provides an array of creative applications including advanced photo printing features that print borderless photos, up to 8” x 10”, and, as mentioned, prints 4” x 6” photos in as fast as 20 seconds.  Leveraging Epson Claria Premium Ink, the Expression XP-640 produces photos that are smudge, scratch, water, and fade resistant, making it easy to share photos immediately after printing.

The Expression Premium XP-640 is compatible with Epson Connect, a suite of solutions that includes Email Print, Epson Creative Print, Epson iPrint, Epson Remote Print, and Epson Scan to Cloud services and works through Wi-Fi direct or a wireless connection. Featuring an enhanced 2.7” LCD screen, plus built-in USB and memory card slots for computer-free printing and dedicated trays for printing photos and CD/DVDs, there is never wasted time switching supplies between projects.

In addition the Expression Premium XP-640 can scan photos and documents and save them to the cloud for easy access and collaboration. It was a good deal at $149.99; at $79.99, it’s practically a steal.
