Apple announced in a post on its developer blog that new Design Resources include a full set of “essential” AppKit UI [user interface] elements for designing Mac apps in Sketch or Photoshop. Further, the company says today’s update includes “dozens” of new UI elements for watchOS apps, complications, and more.
Samsung Display has announced an unbreakable OLED smartphone panel that’s been certified by Underwriters Laboratory (UL), an official testing company for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. Who knows? It might pop up in future iPhones.
Apple design chief Jony Ive will be one of the speakers at WIRED’s upcoming 25th anniversary event that’s set to take place in San Francisco, California from October 12 to October 15, the magazine announced today.
