After clarification that what was initially reported as an Intel chip bug also affects AMD processors and ARM-based chips, an ARM Processor Security Update lists processors known to be susceptible. These include the Cortex-A8, Cortex-A9 and Cortex-A15.
This means that older, jailbroken iPhones and Apple TVs could be susceptible. Since Apple designs its own A-series chips for iOS and tvOS devices, it’s possible that the company’s implementation of the Cortex processor silicon isn’t impacted by the bug though they’re based on the ARM architecture. Still, some of the devices that COULD be affected are the: iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPad (first generation), iPad 2, iPad (third generation), Apple TV (second and third generations), and the iPod touch (fourth and fifth generations).
