The iFixit gang, which tears apart tech products and looks at their innards has gotten their hands on iPhone 8 models. You can see their teardown and its results here.
The iPhone is back at the top of the DxOMark camera rankings, after the Google Pixel and HTC U11 beat out the iPhone 7 series. The sensor improvements and new features in the iPhone 8 gave it a score of 92, while the dual-camera iPhone 8 Plus scores 94.

As noted by AppleInsider, users with AppleCare+ for the iPhone are accustomed to a relatively new $29 screen replacement from Apple —but that only applies to the screen in the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, and not the back glass.
Apple CEO Tim Cook tells CNBC that the iPhone 8 and Apple Watch Series 3 are sold out in some places. He adds that a glitch in the new watch’s cellular connectivity doesn’t appear to be stemming demand for the product and that issue is “very minor” and will be fixed in a software update.
