Former Apple exec, Apple exec Stephanie Carullo, will succeed Dan Levin as chief operating officer a Box, according to TechCrunch. Box is a company that makes “an enterprise content management platform that solves simple and complex challenges, from sharing and accessing files on mobile devices to sophisticated business processes like data governance and retention.”
Carullo was Apple’s vice president of sales fro 2011 to 2015. She has also worked at Cisco Systems, Telstra, and Hampton Creek. She has a BA degree from Monash University. Her 25-year career includes management and executive stints.
Box CEO Aaron Levie told TechCrunch he was especially impressed with Carullo’s go-to-market background. She will be leading and integrating the company’s global sales, marketing, customer success and business development organizations.
