Sunday is Mother’s Day; celebrate with these apps

Sunday is Mother’s Day (you didn’t forget, did you?). There are several iOS apps available to help you celebrate. Here are a few to get you started:

Mother’s Day Photo Frame (free) lets you send a card to your mom with your own picture and decorated with your own worlds. I Love Mom is a $0.99 app for iMessage that lets you customize your messages with graphic, emoji and more.

Baby Hazel Mother’s Day (free, with in-app purchases) is a game in which you help the title character help her dad plan a Mother’s Day celebration. Mother’s Day Nails is a free game in which players help a little girl wants to give her mom a manicure.

Happy Mother’s Day Trivia (free, with in-app purchases) is a trivia game based on the history of the holiday. Mother’s Day Card Creator (free, with in-app purchases provides free digital postage to send a holiday card. You pick your background, add some stickers, write your text, and mail it off.

I couldn’t find any specific Mother’s Day apps on the Mac App Store. However, Toolbox for Keynote (free, with in-app purchases), Toolbox for Pages (free, with in-app purchases), Toolbox for MS Office (free, with in-app purchases), Mail Stationary (free, with in-app purchases and Greeting Cards ($9.99) offer ways to send customized cards (physical and virtual), mail, and email to your momma.
