In an update to its free Apple Support app for iOS Apple activated a new feature that lets users schedule repair appointments at participating Apple Authorized Service Providers. You can now schedule device repairs at Authorized Service Providers, not just Apple store Genius Bars.
Apple Support 1.1 also lest you make Genius Bar recommendations at Apple retail stores in China, Hong Kong, Macao, Turkey and United Arab Emigrats. It also offers a simplified authentication process and the ability to filter locations by mobile carrier.
