Don’t get flummoxed with web design problems, get Fluxed instead

By Aaron Lee

Flummoxed with web design problems? Get Fluxed instead. Flux is a web design application for macOS that can work with everything from a modern site using HTML5 and CSS3 to legacy sites built on older technologies.

Recently revved to version 6, Flux now sports a completely reimagined user interface and introduces support for Responsive Design. Responsive websites scale to fit different devices, from desktop Mac to iPhone. Flux 6 also supports both Bootstrap and Skeleton (your choice) CSS frameworks.

Flux has a handy Master Elements system that works in both CSS and HTML files, and lets you use elements of one page in another page. When the original page is changed, the software can apply those changes to the rest of the pages that use those elements.

Flux also supports crowd sourced code. Users can submit their own code to other Flux users to help each other with their sites.

A 30-day demo is available for download. Registration is $99 for new users. Flux 6 requires macOS 10.11 or higher.
